Overall essence of this tour:

Upon arrival in Kathmandu, we will be warmly greeted and escorted to our hotel to unwind. Our adventure will commence with a visit to the sacred sites of Swayambhunath and Bouddhanath, where we'll witness the European architectural influence on the local buildings. Following that, we'll embark on a 35-kilometre journey along a mountain road to Nagarkot, where we'll explore the beauty of the surroundings and witness the magical sunrises and sunsets from up high.

Next, we'll head to Chitwan with its national park where we will enjoy incredible beauty, walk or drive around unique flora and fauna, ride on elephants, watch crocodiles, rhinoceros and even the elusive tiger.

Our next destination is Pokhara where lies the stunning Phewa Lake, we'll have manychoices, including the Mahendra Cave, Devi's Waterfall, and the holy Gupteshwar Cave. After a day by the lake, we’ll return to Pokhara for an overnight stay. We’ll then embark on a gentle hike around Sarangkot, providing us with an authentic Himalayan trekking experience and magnificent views of the Annapurna, Dhaulagiri Nilgiri, Hiunchuli, and Macchapuchhre (6,993m) range from the top of Sarangkot and/or Dhanush Dada. We'll also have the opportunity to visit the Bindabasini Temple, dedicated to the Hindu goddess Durga, Pokhara's chosen guardian deity and the oldest temple in the Pokhara Valley.

Additionally, we'll visit the famous World Peace Pagoda, which looks out over Phewa Lake, either by taxi or by canoe from the lake. While in Pokhara, we'll visit the Mountain Museum and gain insight into mountaineering. Our next stop will be the monastery, where we'll socialize with young monks and learn some of their meditation techniques. Azure Cave will also be on our itinerary, where we'll visit and practice meditation. On the final day, we'll have ample time for shopping and relaxation, including a visit to the nearby Garden of Dreams, where we can enjoy a massage or sauna at the wellness centre. Lunch is planned at a grand hotel - built in Nepalese architecture with a huge enchanting courtyard where we may like to do a last sketch. In the evening, we'll witness a cultural dance before departing home.
