Our expedition begins amidst the captivating cityscape of Kathmandu, where history breathes through ancient temples, intricate architecture, and bustling bazaars. Guided by our accomplished artist, we'll explore how to translate the vibrant culture and vivid colors of Nepal onto the canvas, infusing our work with the essence of this enchanting land.

As we venture onwards to the serene haven of Pokhara, surrounded by the tranquil beauty of the Himalayas and mirrored lakes, our artistic exploration will continue to unfold. Engaging workshops and hands-on sessions led by our renowned painter will provide invaluable insights into techniques, styles, and approaches that elevate our artistic prowess.

But this journey is more than just about brushstrokes and pigments. Amidst our creative endeavors, we'll immerse ourselves in the stories of Nepal's past, as ancient temples whisper tales of dynasties gone by, and breathtaking landscapes remind us of the Earth's astounding beauty. From the awe-inspiring sunrise over the Annapurna range to the labyrinthine alleys of old Kathmandu, we'll absorb inspiration from every corner.

And as the sun sets on this unforgettable expedition, not only will we carry home memories of Nepal's grandeur, but our canvases will bear witness to the growth of our artistic spirit. This is more than a tour; it's an artistic awakening, a cultural immersion, and a personal journey of self-expression.

Overall essense of this tour:

Upon arrival in Kathmandu, we will be warmly greeted and escorted to our hotel tounwind. Our adventure will commence with a visit to the sacred sites of Swayambhunath and Bouddhanath, where we'll witness the European architectural influence on the local buildings. Following that, we'll embark on a 35-kilometrejourney along a mountain road to Nagarkot, where we'll explore the beauty of the surroundings and witness the magical sunrises and sunsets from up high.

Next, we'll head to Pokhara and the stunning Phewa Lake, where we'll have manychoices, including the Mahendra Cave, Devi's Waterfall, and the holy GupteshwarCave. Aer a day by the lake, we'll return to Pokhara for an overnight stay. We'll thenembark on a gentle hike around Sarangkot, providing us with an authentic Himalayan trekking experience and magnificent views of the Annapurna, Dhaulagiri Nilgiri,Hiunchuli, and Macchapuchhre (6,993m) range from the top of Sarangkot and/or Dhanush Dada. We'll also have the opportunity to visit the Bindabasini Temple, dedicated to the Hindu goddess Durga, Pokhara's chosen guardian deity and the oldest temple in the Pokhara Valley. Additionally, we'll visit the famous World Peace Pagoda, which looks out over Phewa Lake, either by taxi or by canoe from the lake. While in Pokhara, we'll visit the Mountain Museum and gain insight into mountaineering.

Our next stop will be the monastery, where we'll socialize with young monks and learn some of their meditation techniques. Azure Cave will also be on our itinerary, where we'll visit and practicemeditation. On the final day, we'll have ample time for shopping and relaxation, including a visit to the nearby Garden of Dreams, where we can enjoy a massage or sauna at the wellness centre. Lunch is planned at a grand hotel - built in Nepalesearchitecture with a huge enchanting courtyard - where we may like to do a last sketch. In the evening, we'll witness a cultural dance before departing home.
